The Old Swan

It was my birthday. I booked via the Fork App, we arrived (me, husband, daughter, mother in law and father in law). The host couldn&rsquo;t find my booking, then told me I had booked the wrong place without asking any questions. I showed the proof of booking and was told they&rsquo;d had problems with bookings via Fork and seated us-not a warm welcome, no apology for the issue! The waitress lacked in confidence, she didn&rsquo;t greet us-just stood there and said do you want to order now. Service was slow for food and drinks. Although the food was great, the service massively let the experience down!
